People have an inherent passion for knowledge, and want to share with others what they know and what interests them. Knowledge Sync™ (k-sync) addresses this human desire through a service and technology that is accessible to everybody. k-sync enables any Web user or group of Web users to create and share collections of information on whatever topic, in whatever format, including Web documents, videos, images, music, etc. These collections are readily accessible over the Web through Web directories, Web widgets, search engines, RSS feeds and other means -- all specifically geared towards the topic of interest.

No special training is required in the building of the k-sync collections, nor in their use. k-sync effectively empowers subject matter experts and common interest groups to share their expertise with wide audiences through the collections that k-sync users create. Furthermore, groups of users can collaborate in creating, editing, and maintaining common collections. This concept is presently illustrated through our facebook implementation in k-sync. In short, k-sync empowers its users to exploit their passions for subjects that interest them, thereby setting our business model apart from just another Web 2.0 crowd-sourcing or mash-up venture.

Give k-sync a try at our public k-sync site: www.ksync.com.

k-sync is also implemented as an application in Facebook, where Facebook friends can collectively exchange and edit their k-sync collections.
